AI Prompting Mastery

Stop Using AI Like a
Search Engine

Most people use ChatGPT and Claude like a fancy Google search and get mediocre results. This course teaches you how to write prompts that actually work — unlocking hours of saved time, sharper output and a real competitive edge across marketing, operations and strategy.

Why This Matters

Everyone Has Access to AI.
Not Everyone Gets Results.

The gap between people getting mediocre AI output and people getting genuinely useful, high-quality work comes down to one thing: how well they write their prompts. The tool is the same. The prompts are different.

This course teaches you to write prompts that give AI the context, constraints and instructions it needs to produce output you'd actually use — for marketing copy, business documents, strategy work and more.

The skill that compounds

Unlike most software skills, better prompting makes every AI tool you use more powerful — and the techniques you learn today will apply to every new AI tool that comes out.

What most people do
"Write me an email to follow up with a client"
Result: Generic, toneless email that needs to be rewritten from scratch anyway
What this course teaches
"You're writing on behalf of Jax, a digital marketing consultant. Write a follow-up email to a small business owner we met at a networking event last Tuesday. They expressed interest in Meta Ads but hadn't run any before. Tone: warm, direct, no jargon. Keep it under 120 words. End with a soft CTA to book a 20-minute call."
Result: Ready-to-send email that sounds like you wrote it
What most people do
"Give me ideas for social media content"
Result: 10 bland suggestions you've seen on every marketing blog
What this course teaches
"Generate 10 Instagram content ideas for a car detailing service targeting car enthusiasts in Sydney. Each idea should either educate, entertain or provoke curiosity. Avoid generic tips. Focus on content that would make someone stop scrolling and save the post."
Result: Scroll-stopping ideas specific to your actual business
Who It's For

Right for You If…

You're a business owner using AI sporadically

You've tried ChatGPT a few times, been unimpressed and mostly gone back to doing things manually. This course will change that — you'll leave with a prompt library built for your specific business.

You're a marketer who wants sharper AI output

You use AI for copy and content but the results are hit-and-miss. You know there must be a better way — and there is. Structured prompting turns AI into a reliable first-draft machine, not a coin flip.

You're a team leader who wants everyone upskilled

AI is already being used inconsistently across your team. You want everyone working from the same framework — writing better prompts, producing better output, saving hours across the business.

No technical background needed — at all. This course has nothing to do with coding or AI development. It's about communication: giving AI clear enough instructions that it produces work worth using. If you can write a sentence, you can learn this.

Why Learn From Jax

Taught by Someone Who Uses
AI Across Real Campaigns Daily

This isn't a course built by an AI researcher or a tech blogger. Jax uses AI prompting daily — for ad copy, client communications, reporting, strategy documents and more — across active campaigns for real businesses.

The techniques in this course are the ones that actually save time and produce better output in a real business environment. Not academic exercises. Not impressive-sounding jargon. Just the prompting skills that make a practical difference.

Used Daily on Real Client Work

Every technique in this course is something Jax uses on live campaigns — for ad copy, reporting, strategy and client comms across 800+ businesses managed.

Professional Training Background

Jax trained advertisers on Meta’s advertiser programme and served as TikTok’s APAC Region Product Trainer — so the teaching is structured, clear and built to transfer skills that stick, not just impress in a demo.

Always Current

AI tools evolve fast. Because Jax uses them daily, the course reflects what's working right now — not a snapshot from 18 months ago when the tool landscape was completely different.

Business-First, Not Tech-First

Every lesson is framed around business outcomes — saving time, producing better work, making better decisions. Not around the technology itself.

Questions

Answered Honestly

None whatsoever. This course has nothing to do with coding, APIs or AI development. It's about how you communicate with AI tools in plain language. If you can write a sentence, you can learn to prompt well. The only tool you need access to is a ChatGPT or Claude account — both have free tiers.

The principles taught in this course apply to all major AI language models — ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and others. While examples are primarily shown in ChatGPT and Claude, the prompting techniques are platform-agnostic. A good prompt works well across all of them.

Almost certainly yes. Most people who use ChatGPT regularly are using it at about 20% of its potential. The gap isn't the tool — it's the prompting approach. Modules 2 and 4 in particular (the CO-STAR framework and advanced techniques) will change how you work with AI even if you've been using it for months.

A personal prompt library you build during the course — structured, reusable prompts for your specific business and role across marketing, operations and strategy. Practical and immediately usable, not theoretical frameworks.

Yes — team and corporate sessions are a popular format for this course in particular, because AI prompting is most powerful when everyone in a team is using a consistent framework. Sessions can be customised to your team's specific use cases, industry and platforms. Available virtually or in-person across Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Johor Bahru and Singapore.

Pricing varies by format (virtual or in-person) and group size. Get in touch via WhatsApp and Jax will give you a clear quote — no pressure, just a straight answer.
